Calming  fear& anger

FEAR... the subconscious or ego believing that it is at the edge of what it can endure before being obliterated. This gripping emotion takes many forms...fear of not being good enough, fear of losing out, fear of dying (which is fear of the unknown), fear of being wrong, judged or shamed. Fear of not living up to someone else's expectations.

Fear of change keeps people stuck in familiar, limiting situations. People find comfort in what they know and will stay in unhealthy patterns because they are familiar to them.

 

Fear of facing a painful truth that has been buried deeply, will unconsciously brew and bubble, simmering until it surfaces as anger. If it is not safe to express this anger, then it will erupt through the skin as a rash, hives, acne…little volcanos letting off steam. 

 

Years of mental, physical or emotional traumas, if not released, can simmer away quietly for years, resulting in high blood pressure, destroying one from the inside out.  Meditating or working with an energy healer will many times surface a memory and release the energy. If held too long, disease may manifest.

ANGER is used many times as a cover for fear (guilt, shame, rage, even a lack of confidence in oneself). Anger diverts attention from the self and focuses a negative emotion on someone else. 

 

Many people live their lives within constructs of rigid belief systems. It feels safe as long as everyone is obeying the rules.  Going against the beliefs triggers fear which then is expressed (more safely) as anger. These controlling belief systems can be found in families, religions, organizations, governments, military, clubs, anywhere there is a system passed down or forcefully adhered to...be careful not to break the rules, or you face humiliation or worse.

It is time to release yourself from anything, anyone, or any system that holds you down. If you do not resonate with it, it is limiting your experience, growth and contribution to peace, prosperity and health of the people and planet.
